TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHORT TERM APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Those candidates who are interested to take up the above Short Term Apprenticeship Training Programmes are advised to walk in at our Institute on any working day between 11am to 6 pm along with their updated signed hard copy of their CV with PP Photograph attached to it and alongwith all their academic documents and Adhar Card Copy and 8 copies of their current coloured PP size Photographs.
The following are the basic terms and conditions :
1) The Apprenticeship Training Programmes shall be for a maximum period of 6 months which can be renewed subject to the approval and rules and regulations of the concerned Company.
2) If the candidate is pursuing or continuing any higher studies then he/she must produce a No Objection Certificate from his/her Instituition giving approval to do the Apprenticeship Training Programmes in this regard
3) The selection will be done based on detailed written and verbal interview process and location of the training shall be on All India/PAN India basis
4) Age should be minimum 18 + as on the date of interview and 3 Covid Doses of Vaccines must be taken and weight should be atleast 60kgs and should be physicall fit and should not have any spectacles or should not be handicapped
5) Candidates must be either a H.S ( Vocational in E & T /Computer) or any HS ( PCM) or I.T.I or B.Sc ( Science) or Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech ( Not Civil or Computer Trades etc )
6) Train Fare to be paid and borne by the candidates for joining the Company and in case rejected finally at the Company end then the return train fare also has to be borne by the candidate
7) Accommodation /PG / Mess and the fooding expenses to be paid and borne by the candidate. PG/Mess shall have to be arranged by the candidate and all utensils, cooking and food items shall be arranged by the candidate himself/herself. Any PG Infrastructure or Water or Electricity etc problems shall be handled by the candidate only and none else
8) Minimum 15 -21 days time shall be needed for joining in the Company after all the procedures like re-interview, medical checkup , documents checkup etc and during this period the candidate shall pay and bear all the expenses of his/her staying and fooding expenses. In case due to sudden onset of any epidemic or pandemic or any uncontrollable situation the joining may get further delayed or postponed and in such an event the candidate may either stay back on his/her own risks and costs or may come back home at his cost and risks
9) Stipend is be paid generally by the Company after 15th of the next month directly to the Bank Account of the candidate
10) All medical expenses of the candidate including his/her hospitalisation even due to accident at the work place or otherwise and shall be paid and borne by the candidate only and none else and such medical care has to be arranged by the candidate and his/her family concerned
11) The duty hours on floor shall be 8 hours plus extra 2 hours for tiffin, lunch, snacks, dress changeover etc which will not be paid by the Company as any form of overtime or extra remuneration which may kindly be noted. In short 10 hours of stay inside the factory is necessitated out of which 8 hours will be in shopfloor
12) All duties shall be in rotational shifts including night shifts. No request for any specific shift shall be made and the decision of the Company shall be final in this regard
13) No complain of any grievances relating to work place conflicts or job description or job role is not satisfactory or shift change or any stipend cut or any intra and inter department transfers or suspension and termination any other issues which shall under any circumstances be made to our Institute and that such issues shall be addressed directly to the Management of the Company for their necessary decison and actions if any
14) Any Mess or PG related problems to be sorted by the candidate only and none else
15) Outside students shall have to pay a Placement Fee which shall be equivalent to one month's stipend and is Non Refundable or Non Transferable under any circumstances even if he does not join the Company or his joining in the Company is delayed due to unforseen and uncontrollable situations at the Company end or the candidate does not like the job after joining or the food and environment is not suiting the candidate or the candidate is suspended or terminated or due to any other reasons and this fee shall have to be paid only when getting selected by the Company. No request for paying the Placement Fee on getting salary or in instalments shall be entertained at our end under any circumstances else the selection and joining will be terminated which may kindly be noted
16) No leave will be granted during the Training Period.
17) Any absenteeism shall be on No Work No Pay basis which will have deduction from the stipend payable
18) Company will directly terminate the training in case of any complain is registered in the Company against the candidate for any criminal activity , or for addiction or ragging or involved in political or caste or religion conflicts or any work place related conflicts or on grounds of any immorality or for damaging the property of the Company or being absent from duty without any valid justified reasons or otherwise for any untoward reasons
19) No Training Completion Certificate shall be provided by the Company. The date of joining and the date of closure of the programme or leaving the programme or short closure or termination or
suspension etc from the programme will be deemed to be considered as the experience period in the Apprenticeship Training Programmes
20) Atleast 2 months clear notice shall be given before leaving the Apprenticeship Training Programmes to the concerned department of the Company . In case this is not complied with then the Company will not pay but forfeit your stipend payable without assigning any reasons
21) A Declaration Form has to be signed by the candidate agreeing to all the above terms and conditions at our Institute before leaving for the job
