FEE REFUND POLICY OF EMCONS BUSINESS ACADEMY FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-2023

PUBLIC NOTICE

ALL STUDENTS AND THEIR GUARDIANS ARE ADVISED TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING FEE REFUND POLICY FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022- 2023 VERY CAREFULLY REGARDING REFUND OF FEES TILL THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-2023 AND UNTIL FURTHER ORDERS OR NOTICES ISSUED IN THIS REGARD :

1) FEES PAID/ OR TO BE PAID AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ADMISSION AGREEMENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE WHICH HAS ALSO BEEN WRITTEN IN THE MONEY RECEIPTS OF OUR INSTITUTE AND WHERE THE STUDENT AND THE GUARDIAN ACCEPTS THIS CONDITION UNCONDITIONALLY.

2) THOSE STUDENTS WHO HAVE TAKEN THEIR ADMISSION AND BOOKED THEIR SEATS IN OUR INSTITUTE BEFORE 31ST MARCH 2022 AND WISH TO OPT OUT FROM OUR INDUSTRY FOCUSSED TECHNICAL TRAINING COURSES AND WITH THE PLACEMENT ADMISSION ASSISTANCE SHALL GET FULL REFUND OF THEIR ADMISSION AND SEAT BOOKING FEES AFTER DEDUCTION OF RS 2500/- ( RUPEES TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED) AS OUR INSTITUTE'S PROCESSING AND SERVICE CHARGES PROVIDED THEY HAVE REGISTERED THEIR WRITTEN CLAIM TO OUR INSTITUTE FOR REFUND OF THEIR FEES LATEST BY 7TH APRIL 2022 AND DULY ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE INSTITUTE.

3) THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN THEIR ADMISSION BETWEEN 1ST APRIL 2022 TILL 31ST MAY 2022 BUT WISH TO OPT OUT OF OUR INDUSTRY FOCUSSED SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND COACHING ADMISSION WITH PLACEMENTS ASSISTANCES MAY GET THEIR REFUND FOR ADMISSION FEES PAID AFTER DEDUCTION OF 90% FROM THE ADMISSION OR SEAT BOOKING AMOUNT PAID ( THAT IS 10% OF THE ADMISSION OR SEAT BOOKING CHARGES SHALL BE REFUNDED) PROVIDED THERE IS A REGISTERED WRITTEN CLAIM FROM THE STUDENT WITH ALL JUSTIFIED REASONS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE INSTITUTE AND LATEST BY 5TH OF JUNE 2022 AND MORE IMPORTANTLY PROVIDED THERE ARE NO VACANT SEATS LEFT AND THERE ARE ALREADY WAITLISTED STUDENTS WHO ARE STRONGLY DESIROUS OF TAKING ADMISSION IN OUR INSTITUTE BUT ARE DEPRIVED OF SEATS NOT REMAINING VACANT. IN THE EVENT OF SEATS REMAINING VACANT AS ON THE 31ST MAY 2022 NO REFUND OF THE FEES SHALL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

4) IN CASE OF THE SEAT BOOKING AND ADMISSION FEES PAID BETWEEN 1ST JUNE 2022 ONWARDS THEN NO FEES SHALL BE REFUNDED AS THE ONLINE CLASSES OR THE ORIENTATION CLASSES OR ONLINE SYLLABUS ORIENTED TRAINING CLASSES WITH BASIC SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND INDUSTRY MACHINE AND TOOLS AWARENESS, SPOKEN ENGLISH CLASSES SHALL START FROM 1ST JUNE 2022 ONWARDS AND AND WHEREAS THE STUDENT SHALL AVAIL OF OUR HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ON A GOING BASIS.

5) AND WHEREAS IF ANY STUDENT HAD TAKEN ADMISSION IN OUR INSTITUTE ALONGWITH OUR PRESENT APPLICABLE AND ELIGIBLE SCHEME OF 4 ( FOUR) MONTHS OF SHORT TERM APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME ASSISTANCE WITH THE COMPANIES TILL 30TH NOVEMBER 2022 OR UNTIL THE INSTITUTIONS ARE REOPENED BY THE GOVERNMENT ORDER AND THE STUDENT SIMULTANEOUSLY AVAILS OUR DAILY ONLINE TUTORIAL PROFESSIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND SUBJECT MATTER ORIENTED CLASSES WHETHER IT IS ONLINE MODE OR OFFLINE MODE IN COURSE OF THEIR TRAINING THEN NO SUCH REFUND SHALL BE MADE AS BECAUSE WE HAVE GIVEN APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PLACEMENTS ASSISTANCES TO THE FINANCIALLY DISTRESSED STUDENTS TO EARN AND SUPPORT THEIR EDUCATION COST WITHOUT ANY PLACEMENTS CONSULTING CHARGES BUT THE STUDENT DROPS OUT FROM SUCH OFFER OR LEAVES THE COMPANY DUE TO THEIR PERSONAL REASONS ETC. SO BEFORE TAKING UP SUCH TRAINING SCHEME OFFER THE STUDENT SHALL HAVE TO SIGN UP A DETAILED DECLARATION AND NECESSARY UNDERTAKING IN THIS REGARD TO BOTH WRITTEN IN BENGALI AND ENGLISH WITH THE GUARDIAN CONSENT.

6)NO ADMISSION FEES SHALL BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ONCE THE ONLINE/ ORIENTATION CLASSES/ MOCK CLASSES AND OR OFFLINE CLASSES ETC HAVE STARTED FROM 1ST JUNE 2022 OR SUBSEQUENTLY.

7)THE FEES COLLECTED ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS BY THE INSTITUTE IS THE TUTORIAL AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FEES AND OTHER GROOMING TRAINING ALONGWITH SUBJECT MATTER TUTORIALS ETC AND COLLECTED ONLY AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH SKILL DEVELOPMENT ETC INDUSTRY FOCUSSED TRAINING IMPARTED BY OUR PROFESSIONALS AND HENCE THE SERVICE GIVEN BY WAY OF TRAINING FEES ARE CHARGED TO THE STUDENT BY WAY OF AN ADMISSION AGREEMENT.

8) ONCE THE ACADEMIC SESSION IN YOUR UNIVERSITY HAD STARTED YOU SHALL HAVE TO CLEAR PAYMENT OF ALL THE SEMESTER AND TUITION FEES OF THE SEMESTER IN ADVANCE AS PER THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY FAILING WHICH YOUR REGISTRATION AT THE UNIVERSITY END SHALL BE TREATED AS CANCELLED.

9) NO CLAIM FOR REFUND OF FEES SHALL BE ACCEPTED BY OUR INSTITUTE IN CASE OF ANY FORCE MAJEURE CONDITIONS OR EVENTS PREVAILING SUCH AS ANY EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC OR ANY NATURAL DISASTERS OR ANY SITUATION BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE INSTITUTE AS EXPLAINED IN THE ADMISSION AGREEMENT WHEREBY THE CLASSES ARE NOT HELD OR EXAMS ARE DELAYED OR QUALITY OF ONLINE COACHING IS IN DOUBT OR PRACTICALS BEING NOT DONE ETC AND WHICH SHALL NOT FORM A BASIS FOR MAKING ANY CLAIM FOR REFUND OF ADMISSION OR SEAT BOOKING CHARGES.

10) THE ABOVE POLICY HAD BEEN TRANSPARENTLY EXPLAINED AND THEREFORE BEFORE TAKING ADMISSION THE STUDENTS ARE ONCE AGAIN ADVISED TO STUDY THIS FEE REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY AND THEN TAKE THE ADMISSION IN OUR INSTITUTE.

11) IF STILL THERE ARE ANY EVENTS OF ANY CASE OF DISPUTE ARISING THEN THE MATTER SHALL BE FIRST REFERRED TO AN ARBITRATOR WITH THE MUTUAL CONSENT FOR A CONSENSUS ARBITRATION AND THEREAFTER REFERRED TO THE CONSUMER FORUM AND THEREAFTER TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND THEREAFTER TO THE STATE CONSUMER COMMISSION AND FINALLY TO THE NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION LEVEL FOR NECESSARY ADJUDICATION.

THIS PUBLIC NOTICE IS SSUED IN THE INTEREST OF ALL THE STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION IN OUR INSTITUTE.
