TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHORT TERM APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Those candidates who are interested to take up the above Short Term Apprenticeship Training Programmes are advised to walk in at our Institute on any working day between 11am to 6 pm along with their updated signed hard copy of their CV with PP Photograph attached to it and alongwith all their academic documents and Adhar Card Copy and 8 copies of their current coloured PP size Photographs.

The following are the basic terms and conditions :

1) The Apprenticeship Training Programmes shall be for a maximum period of 6 months which can be renewed subject to the approval and rules and regulations of the concerned Company.
2) If the candidate is pursuing or continuing any higher studies then he/she must produce a No Objection Certificate from his/her Instituition giving approval to do the Apprenticeship Training Programmes in this regard
3) The selection will be done based on detailed written and verbal interview process and location of the training shall be on All India/PAN India basis
4) Age should be minimum 18 + as on the date of interview and 3 Covid Doses of Vaccines must be taken and weight should be atleast 60kgs and should be physicall fit and should not have any spectacles or should not be handicapped
5) Candidates must be either a H.S ( Vocational in E & T /Computer) or any HS ( PCM) or I.T.I or B.Sc ( Science) or Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech ( Not Civil or Computer Trades etc )
6) Train Fare to be paid and borne by the candidates for joining the Company and in case rejected finally at the Company end then the return train fare also has to be borne by the candidate
7) Accommodation /PG / Mess and the fooding expenses to be paid and borne by the candidate. PG/Mess shall have to be arranged by the candidate and all utensils, cooking and food items shall be arranged by the candidate himself/herself. Any PG Infrastructure or Water or Electricity etc problems shall be handled by the candidate only and none else
8) Minimum 15 -21 days time shall be needed for joining in the Company after all the procedures like re-interview, medical checkup , documents checkup etc and during this period the candidate shall pay and bear all the expenses of his/her staying and fooding expenses. In case due to sudden onset of any epidemic or pandemic or any uncontrollable situation the joining may get further delayed or postponed and in such an event the candidate may either stay back on his/her own risks and costs or may come back home at his cost and risks
9) Stipend is be paid generally by the Company after 15th of the next month directly to the Bank Account of the candidate
10) All medical expenses of the candidate including his/her hospitalisation even due to accident at the work place or otherwise and shall be paid and borne by the candidate only and none else and such medical care has to be arranged by the candidate and his/her family concerned
11) The duty hours on floor shall be 8 hours plus extra 2 hours for tiffin, lunch, snacks, dress changeover etc which will not be paid by the Company as any form of overtime or extra remuneration which may kindly be noted. In short 10 hours of stay inside the factory is necessitated out of which 8 hours will be in shopfloor
12) All duties shall be in rotational shifts including night shifts. No request for any specific shift shall be made and the decision of the Company shall be final in this regard
13) No complain of any grievances relating to work place conflicts or job description or job role is not satisfactory or shift change or any stipend cut or any intra and inter department transfers or suspension and termination any other issues which shall under any circumstances be made to our Institute and that such issues shall be addressed directly to the Management of the Company for their necessary decison and actions if any
14) Any Mess or PG related problems to be sorted by the candidate only and none else
15) Outside students shall have to pay a Placement Fee which shall be equivalent to one month's stipend and is Non Refundable or Non Transferable under any circumstances even if he does not join the Company or his joining in the Company is delayed due to unforseen and uncontrollable situations at the Company end or the candidate does not like the job after joining or the food and environment is not suiting the candidate or the candidate is suspended or terminated or due to any other reasons and this fee shall have to be paid only when getting selected by the Company. No request for paying the Placement Fee on getting salary or in instalments shall be entertained at our end under any circumstances else the selection and joining will be terminated which may kindly be noted
16) No leave will be granted during the Training Period.
17) Any absenteeism shall be on No Work No Pay basis which will have deduction from the stipend payable
18) Company will directly terminate the training in case of any complain is registered in the Company against the candidate for any criminal activity , or for addiction or ragging or involved in political or caste or religion conflicts or any work place related conflicts or on grounds of any immorality or for damaging the property of the Company or being absent from duty without any valid justified reasons or otherwise for any untoward reasons
19) No Training Completion Certificate shall be provided by the Company. The date of joining and the date of closure of the programme or leaving the programme or short closure or termination or suspension etc from the programme will be deemed to be considered as the experience period in the Apprenticeship Training Programmes
20) Atleast 2 months clear notice shall be given before leaving the Apprenticeship Training Programmes to the concerned department of the Company . In case this is not complied with then the Company will not pay but forfeit your stipend payable without assigning any reasons
21) A Declaration Form has to be signed by the candidate agreeing to all the above terms and conditions at our Institute before leaving for the job

Those who are interested to pursue their B.Sc in Nursing or G.N.M in Nursing Courses are hereby advised to contact us for their detail Career Counselling under the affiliated College of an UGC approved University and the affiliated College is approved by the Indian Nursing Council and the respective State Nursing Council. The eligibility criteria for B.Sc Nursing is any Class XII ( Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology Combination) or any B.Sc ( Bio Science) or equivalent. For G.N.M Nursing Course the eligibility criteria is any Class XII Passout.The last date for Admission is extended till 15th October 2022 subject to the availability of vacant seats for the current academic session. REG: PROCEDURES FOR GETTING UNIVERSITY FINAL CERTIFICATE

All the students who have already undertaken their Full Time Regular Mode Study of their Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech or B.C.A , B.B.A Courses at their Swami Vivekanand University Campus end located at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh and had completely passed all their final exams and already got all their Marksheets , Provisional Certificate, Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate are very much well aware of the detail procedures and system of getting their Final Degree/ Diploma Certificate from their University end as notified or communicated time to time by their University directly to the students.It is once again intimated to all the students that they shall have to first fillup an University Application Form by themselves at the University Campus directly for issue of their Final Degree/Diploma Certificate and by attaching all the attested copies of their Semester Marksheets, Provisional Certificate, Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate alongwith the copy of their Adhar Card , Passport size Photograph etc. They have to also attach a Self Declaration Form filled up in Hindi Language and that is to be duly notarised by the Notary Public of the State of Madhya Pradesh.This declaration consist of several terms including the one that the student had completed his/her Course at the University end in compliance with the mandatory class attendance and complied with all other Rules and Regulations of the University. After scrutiny of all the attached documents with the original copies the University shall then subsequently call up or communicate to the concerned students to pay their University Final Certificate Fees either through Online Payment Mode or through Demand Draft or in Cash or any other mode of payment as directed by their University time to time. Thereafter their University shall give prior notice to the students either through telephonic call or through text sms messages or through any other mode of communication directing the concerned students to come to their Swami Vivekanand University Campus, Sagar , Madhya Pradesh in person with the original copy of their Adhar Card as proof of identity and collect their Final Degree/ Diploma Certificate which shall not be given to any other person other than exclusively to the student and to none else even though authorised by the student or their guardians which has to be very clearly understood. The University may even take a decision to issue the Final Certificate to the students in the University Annual Convocation Programmes or during any other time as the University may deem fit. The entire process of getting the Final Degree/Diploma Certificate is time consuming and therefore will take substantial time to get the same from the University and it is again to be clearly noted here that our Institute shall not under any circumstances be held responsible or made to followup or coordinate or communicate or arrange for the issue of the Final Degree/ Diploma Certificate to the students on their behalf with the University as such activities or duties does not fall in our scope of work and responsibilities and that such academic activities are the sole responsibilities and duties of their University which had been communicated to all the students during their Career Counselling time while seeking their Admission in the above said Swami Vivekanand University Sagar MP. The above system, process and procedures for getting the Final Degree/Diploma Certificate by the students from their University can vary from time to time and also issue of the Final Certificate may get inordinately delayed due to Force Majeure or Uncontrollable situations like Pandemic, Endemic, Natural Calamities, Wars , Civil Riots, Political agitation, or any other administrative delayed reasons at the University end . This is to notify all those students who have taken their admission directly at the Swami Vivekanand University,Sagar, Madhya Pradesh after hearing our Course related Career Counselling for pursuing their Full Time Regular Mode Study at the Swami Vivekanand University Campus, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh Campus in their Diploma in Engineering/ B.Tech/B.C.A/B.B.A Courses and who have also been simultaneously taking their Industry Focussed Training & Coaching from our Institute end during their summer, winter, festival vacations and during their exams preparation leave, industrial training duration etc are hereby advised to speak to their University Examination Department directly on their own regarding the holding of their pending exams and issue of their pending hard copies of marksheets as all these academic activities fall within the scope of work, duties and responsibilities of their University and not our Institute .They are also advised to view the University Website regularly, see the various University Notices and Circulars in this regard and they may also write mails to their University Examination Department and to the other Authorities of the University as well to know the holding of their pending exams status and also regarding issue of the hard copies of their Marksheets, Certificates etc .In this connection we have already intimated all the students vide our various Internal Notices and through Whatsapp Group Messages time to regarding the above subject matter and on the specific request of the students we have even spoken to the University authorities on their behalf and the University Authorities have clearly told them that due to the present Covid Pandemic Critical situation and continuous Lockdown the University was absolutely functionless since it was utilised completely as the Covid Treatment Camp and it had started resuming its normal administrative and academic activities effectively from May 2022 and that all the pending exams schedule and the issue of hard copies of the Marksheets and Certificates dates is expected to be announced only after November 2022 suitably and that all the students and their guardians must appreciate this Uncontrollable and Force Majeure situation and have patience. They have reassured all the students of normalising and updating all the pending academic matters as fast as possible. They have even directed all the students to speak to them directly in this regard so as to get the various updates as stated above.

REOPENING OF EMCONS BUSINESS ACADEMY
It is gathered from the Press and TV News that the Government of West Bengal had directed opening of all Educational Institutions from 3rd February 2022.
Therefore out Training Institute shall reopen once again and start functioning physical classes maintaining all Covid Protocals as directed by the Government.
Major points to be remembered once again in respect of the Covid Protocals are -
1) No Masks, No Entry in the Institute.
2) Those who are suffering from cold, fever, cough, bodyache, headache or any other illness shall not come to attend their classes without proper recovery and on submission of medical documents.
3) Social Distancing Norms shall be maintained at all times in the Institute premises.
4) All shall carry sanitisers with them
5) No Uniform, No Entry in the Institute
6) Any student violating the above mandatory Covid Protocal norms shall be ordered to leave the Institute immediately and marked absent for the day

TEMPORARY SHUT DOWN OF INSTITUTE DUE TO GOVERNMENT ORDER DATED 2/01/22

1) In terms of the West Bengal Government Administrative Order dated 2nd January 2022 to shut down all Schools Colleges and all other Educational Institutions due to the surge in Covid & Omicron Pandemic with effect from 3rd January 2022 we are compelled to shut down our Academic Activities/Offline Classes also following the Government Order effective from Monday the 3rd January 2022
2) As such all Academic Activities shall now be done ONLINE like before through Google Meet from tomorrow onwards as per the usual Class Routine.
3) Attendance in the Online Classes is Mandatory to count the 75% Class Attendance
4) Since 16th November 2021 when our Institute reopened as per the Govt Order lots of Skill Development Practicals have been completed. These will be again updated when we once again reopen up.
5) The Monthly Mock Test for January 2022 will be conducted and Routine will be given shortly.
6) The Administrative Office of the Institute shall remain open as usual in compliance with the Government Order and maintaining all Covid Protocals.
7) All the students are advised to remain safe , wear masks , maintaining social distancing, keeping hands sanitized and taking immediate medical help in case of cold,cough fever etc symptoms

SOME IMPORTANT RULES & REGULATIONS OF OUR INSTITUTE


1) সবাইকে COVID19 প্রোটোকল মানতে হবে
All have to comply with the Covid Protocol Norms
2) কোনো প্রকার নেশা যেমন ধূমপান, পান পরাগ ,খইনি, তামাক ইত্যাদি করা চলবেনা প্রতিষ্ঠানে এবং মেস এতে আর কেউ ধরা পড়লে তাকে প্রতিষ্ঠান ছাড়তে হবে
Any type of addiction ie smoking , alochol consumption, tobacco , tambuka etc is banned in the Institute as well as in the Mess. If found guilty then the student shall be rustigated from the Institute.
3) সবাইকে ক্লাস সময় মধ্যে আসতে হবে নাহলে আবসেন্ট লেট বলে গণনা করা হবে
All must be on time as per class timing or else will be marked Absent.
4) সবাইকে ড্রেস পরে আসতে হবে নাহলে আবসেন্ট ড্রেস বলে গণনা করা হবে
All have to wear dress or else will be marked absent.
5) সবাইকে হোম ওয়ার্ক করে আস্তে হবে না করলে আবসেন্ট করা হবে
Daily home work is mandatory or else will be marked absent.
6) মেস এর রাত্রি ১২ লাইট নিভিয়ে সবাইকে শুয়ে পড়তে হবে যদি কোনো কমপ্লেইন আসে তাহলে ১৫ দিন সাসপেন্ড হবে এবং গার্ডিয়ান কল করা হবে আর যদি আবার কমপ্লেইন আসে তাহলে প্রতিষ্ঠান ছাড়তে হবে
Mess will close down lights at 12.00 pm and if anyone disobeys then he/she shall be suspended for 15 days and if repeat complain is received then he/she shall be terminated from the Institute.
7) কোথাও কোনো ধরণের অসভ্যতটা , অসন্মানিক কাজ বা কোনো ধরণের রাগ্গিং সে কথায় হোক বা আচরণে হোক বরদাস্ত করা হবেনা ধরা পড়লে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে এবং প্রতিষ্ঠান ছাড়তে হবে
Any type of Ragging or insult or torture whether mentally or physically is banned in the Institute as well as in the Private Mess and the concerned student shall be terminated/ rustigated immediately from the Institute.
8) সব স্যার দেরকে , স্টাফ দেরকে সন্মান দিয়ে কথা বলতে হবে কোনো রকমের এর তর্ক বা উচ্চ সরে কথা বলা বা কোনো ধরণের ঝগড়া ঝাটি করা চলবেনা ধরা পড়লে উপযুক্ত শাস্তি দাওয়া হবে
Respect should be given to all the faculties and staff of the Institute and if found violating then stern disciplinary actions shall be taken against the student.
9) সবাইকে বাথরুম পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা রাখতে হবে কোথাও কোনো নোংরা করা চলবেনা
All must keep the bath room neat clean and tidy and flush water after use.
10) ক্লাস চলা কালীন কেউ মোবাইল ব্যবহার করবেনা ধরা পড়লে মোবাইল নিয়ে নেওয়া হবে আর গার্ডিয়ান কে এসে সেটি নিতে হবে আর যদি আবার একই জিনিস হয় তাহলে ১৫ দিনের জন্য সাসপেন্ড হয় যাবে
Use of mobiles in the class rooms is strictly prohibited. If found using the mobile will be seized and handed over to the guardian and if repeated then the student shall be suspended.
11) কোনো ধর্ম বা জাত পাত বা রাজনীতি বিতর্কক বা কোনো ধরণের অসামাজিক কাজ বা কোনো ছাত্র ইউনিয়ন করা চলবেনা আর ধরা পড়লে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নাওয়া হবে
No discussions on anti religion, rumours, anti caste or politics or anti National or any antisocial activities be done at the Institute and Mess and if found involved harsh punishment and legal actions shall be taken against the concerned student.
12) মেস এর কোনো সমস্যা যেমন খাবার , পরিবেশ, জল নিয়ম শৃঙ্খলা ইত্যাদি হলে নিজেদের কে সেই সমস্যা মেটাতে হবে আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান কোনো এ ব্যাপারে মধ্যস্ততা করবেনা বা দায়িত্ব নেবেন
For any mess related problems responsibility lies with the concerned student to sort it out and our Institute shall not be responsible in any manner in regard to mess.
13) ৭৫% ক্লাস হাজিরা প্রত্যেক মাসে দিতে হবে না হলে গার্ডিয়ান কল করা হবে এবং যা যা শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা এডমিশন এগ্রিমেন্ট অনুযায়ী নেওয়া হবে
75% Class Attendance is mandatory and non compliance will attract strict actions as per the Admission Agreement.
14) প্রাক্টিকেলস সব ছোট ছোট গ্রুপ করে রুটিন মাফিক স্যার রা করবেন আর এ ব্যাপারে কোনো প্রকার বেশি প্রাক্টিকেলস করা দাবি দাওয়া করা যাবেনা
All practicals shall be done in small groups as per the routine. No request for additional practical classes be requested.
15 ) প্রত্যেক মাসে মক টেস্ট হবে এবং এই মোক টেস্ট এতে সবাইকে অতি অবশই দিতে হবে নাহলে প্রতিষ্ঠান সাসপেন্ড করতে বদ্ধ হবে এবং গার্ডিয়ান কল করা হবে আর এই বিষয় এডমিশন এগ্রিমেন্ট অনুযায়ী শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে
There will be Monthly Mock Tests every month and attendance is mandatory and non compliance.
16) প্রত্যেক মাসে ৫ তারিকের মধ্যে প্রতিষ্ঠানের ফিস দিতে হবে যারা মাসের ফিস দেবেনা তাদেরকে এডমিশন এগ্রিমেন্ট অনুযায়ী প্রথমে সাসপেন্ড করা হবে তারপর গার্ডিয়ান কল করে প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে বার করে দাওয়া হবে
Fees must be paid by 5th of every month failing the student shall be first suspended and then guardian call shall be given and thereafter terminated from the Institute.
17) ক্লাস চলাকালীন কেউ গল্প বা বিসৃঙ্খলা করা যাবেনা সমপূর্ণ শান্তি পরিবেশ রাখতে হবে যারা এই ক্লাস শান্তি ভঙ্গ করবে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে উপযুক্ত শাস্তির ব্যবস্থা নাওয়া হবে
Disturbance in the class rooms shall not be tolerated and strict disciplinary actions shall be initiated.
18 ) ক্লাস শেষ হওয়া পর সবাই দূরত্ব বজায় রেখে এক এক করে লাইন দিয়ে বেরোবে কোনো গন্ডগোল করা যাবেনা সবাই শান্তি বজায় রেখে বেরোবে
All shall leave their classes in queue and maintaining sufficient distance one by one.
19) কোনো পড়াশুনা বা ব্যাক্তিগত সমস্যা হলে একজন একজন করে তাদের সমস্যা জানাবে অফিস এ একত্র হয় নয়
All must inform their problems individually and not in groups.
20) শুধু প্রতিষ্ঠানের অফিস সময় সকাল ১০.৩০ থেকে বিকেল ৪.০০ মধ্যে গার্ডিয়ান বা ছাত্র ছাত্রী রা আমাদের কে ফোনে কথা বলতে পারেন কিন্তু কোনো রবিবার বা ছুটির দিন নয় আর বিশেষ কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যাপার হলে আমাদের কে হোয়াটস্যাপ করতে হবে
All must call between 10.30 to 4.00 pm for any of their queries.

16th November 2021 অফ লাইন ক্লাস করা নিয়মাবলী -

১) সবাইকে ভ্যাকসিন সার্টিফিকেট এর যেরক্স কপি গেট এ সিকিউরিটি গার্ড কে দেখাতে হবে নাহলে ক্লাস এ ঢুকতে দাওয়া হবেনা
All must show their Vaccine Certificate at the main gate to the Security Guard
২) যাদের ১৮ বছর হয়নি তারা লিখিত ভাবে একটি দরখাস্ত জমা করতে হবে যে তাদের COVID হয়নি এবং সিকিউরিটি গার্ড কে সেটা দেখIলে পরে ঢুকতে দাওয়া হবে
Those who did not get vaccine being less than 18 years of age will have to produce a Declaration and show it to the Security Guard at the Gate that they are fit otherwise they will not be allowed to enter.
৩) সবাই এক এক করে অফিস 3 feet দূরত্ব রেখে ভ্যাকসিন এর জেরক্স কপি জমা করে ক্লাস এতে প্রবেশ করবে
All must submit xerox copy of their vaccine certificate to the Office and then enter their classroom by maintaining 3 feet distance.
৪) সবাইকে মাস্ক নাক পযন্ত দেখে প্রবেশ করতে হবে এবং সবসময় এই মাস্ক নাক পযন্ত দেখে ক্লাস এতে বসতে হবে
All must wear masks covering their nose and sit in the classroom in this posture.
৫) সবাই কে হ্যান্ড সানিটাইসার দেখাতে হবে
All must show their Hand Sanitisers to us
৬) সবাই কে ড্রেস বুট বা কালো জুতো পরে আস্তে হবে চটি স্যান্ডেল পরে আসলে ঢুকতে দাওয়া হবেনা
All must wear shoes. Sandals or Chappals will not be allowed
৭) সবাই ক্লাস এ ঢোকা এবং বেরোনো সময় হাত কে সানি টাইস অবশই করতে হবে
While inside or outside class rooms hand sanitiser must be used.
৮) সর্দি , কাশি, জর বা গায়ে, গলা ব্যাথা থাকলে ক্লাস করবে না আর সুস্থ হওয়া সার্টিফিকেট দেখিয়ে প্রবেশ করবে
If anyone is suffering from cold, cough, fever , throat infection or body ache then he/she cannot take entry in the class room.
৯) কারোর যদি COVID হয় তাহলে আমাদের কে প্রমান সহ সঙ্গে সঙ্গে জানাতে হবে আমরা তাহলে সিদ্ধান্ত নেবো প্রতিষ্ঠান কে ১৪ দিন জন্য বন্ধ / Quarantine করা হবে
If anybody is differing from Covid then he/she shall inform us immediately so that we can take a decision to close the Institute for 14 days quarantine by all
১০) কেউ কোথাও থুতু ফেলবে না ধরা পড়লে এবসেন্ট করে দাওয়া হবে এবং ৭ দিনের জন্য সাসপেন্ড করা হবে
Nobody should spit inside the Institute. If caught then the person will be suspended for 7 days and marked absent
১১) বাথরুম ব্যবহার করা পর জল দিয়ে পরিষ্কার রাখতে হবে
Flush sufficient water after use of the bathroom
১২) সবাই ৩ ফুট দূরত্ব রেখে চলা ফেরা করবে কেউ যেন গা ঘেসে না থাকে ধরা পড়লে এবসেন্ট করে দাওয়া হবে
All must maintain 3 feet minimum social distancing if not more. If caught violating then the student shall be marked absent

All students are hereby directed to read this notice carefully :

1) We have already started our Industry Focussed Skills Development Training from 1st June 2021 onwards. During this training duration you all have have gathered immense concepts of various industrial machines, industrial tools, manufacturing process as per the scope of your subject related practicals and workshop syllabus, entrepreneurship skills development, various industrial and HR Terminologies,Industrial Environment and Work Culture, Campusing Interview Questions on Technical and HR related matters with answers , Spoken English classes, etc through our integrated learning methods by way of Audio Video Lectures and Presentation, Notes, Question and Answers Process etc. We have also conducted two Mock Test also to appraise your performances and grasping of the concepts and the assessment marks were also given to all of you.

2) From 20th Sept 2021 onwards your Online Classes for theTradewise, Syllabus Oriented Subjectwise Coaching and Training shall start and necessary Notice in this regard both in Bengali and English have been given in your Study Group today ie 17th September 2021. The Class Routine shall be between 8am to 12.30pm followed by a Lunch Break from 12.30pm to 1.30 pm and then again Special Practical and Workshop Classes shall start from 1.30 to 4.00 pm on all days from Monday to Saturday. Daily home work shall be given which must be done otherwise you shall be marked absent. This Class Routine shall be subject to time to time changes suiting the need of the students.

3) All the students are advised to download the Google Meet App in their mobiles immediately.

4) The faculties will give a Link through the Google Meet App in the respective class rooms and the students will enter in their class rooms by clicking this link.

5) Those students who have gone for their 3-4 months of Short Term Apprenticeship Training Programme provided to the students by us on taking their Admission at our Institute shall have to do their daily home work given by the faculties and submit the same by the end of the day. They are also directed to enter into the Online Class Rooms any time during their off shift timings hours but only during the Class Routine timings as provided. Without receipt of homework the students will not get any attendance and marked absent for the day.

6) Please note that the attendance to the classes is mandatory and you must obtain 75% Class Attendance as per the Admission Agreement signed by you and your guardian failing which necessary steps shall be taken as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

7) All students must pay their Monthly Fees in EMI as per the Terms and Conditions of the Admission Agreement failing the student shall not be permitted to take the class and the matter shall be dealt accordingly as per the terms and conditions of the Admission Agreement signed by you .
