PLACEMENTS ASSISTANCES ELIGIBILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) 75% Class Attendance Mandatory at our Institute to get the Placements Assistances

2) 90% of all the Mock Tests conducted by our Institute must be attended and the student must have an average of 60% marks in all the mock tests

3) 80% of the Technical Workshops and Hands On Practical Training Classes must be attended

4) The Placements Assistances will be given on PAN India basis only and exclusively in Private Companies

5) No requests for preferred choice of Job Location or Company or Salary or Nature of Job or Service Benefits etc shall be entertained from the students and in such cases the Placements Offered shall be considered as a Placement Decline and the student has to sign up a Placements Decline Declaration Form in this regard. No further Placements Assistances shall be given thereafter to such students in case of job decline

6) The Placements Assistances shall be provided only after completion of the University Course by the students and on getting their Marksheets and Certificates. Many Companies may hire the students before their final semester exams but the joining will be done after giving the exams and in case they dont pass their exams then the Jobs so Offered by the Companies shall be terminated on the grounds of non eligibility criteria

7) No interview call shall be dropped under any circumstances by the student and in such a situation it shall be considered as a Placement Decline and the concerned student has to sign up a Placements Decline Declaration Form in this regard

8) There should be no pending fees due as on the day of providing the Placements Assistances

9) There should be no record of any misbehaviour or immoral activity or indiscipline or any involvement in any untoward anti social activities or otherwise etc.

10) The Placements Assistances shall be in Direct Pay Roll or in the Outsourcing Mode Pay Roll as the nature of Appointment offered by the Companies or otherwise. No request for Direct Pay Roll shall be done under any circumstances and if the Placements in such case ia not taken then it shall be considered as a Placements Decline and the concerned student has to sign up a Placements Decline Declaration Form

11) In case of any student of other Institutes wishing to participate in the Placements Drive conducted by our Institute then in case the student is selected he/she shall have to pay a Placement Fee as per the Terms and conditions of such Placements Assistances which is Non Refundable/ Non Transferable under any circumstances

12) After the Placements Assistances is provided and the student joins the Company then our Institute's responsibilities and duties or any form of assistances in this regard ceases to exist and no further communication in regard to any work place or job related disputes or termination of job or salary holdup or any other conflicts or grievances shall be entertained by us under any circumstances which may kindly be noted here. Therefore all students are advised to read the concerned Company website and take detailed information before appearing for the interview and taking their decision to take the Placements Assistance

13) The Placements Assistances are provided only when there are vacancies existing in the Companies with whom we have MOU /Tieups or Association or Networking and therefore there shall be no expectations from the students as to any time limit or when such Placements Assistances shall be provided which is purely voluntary and not any form of commitment which may kindly be noted

::PUBLIC NOTICE::

As per the Government of West Bengal Order on reopening of all Educational Institutions, our Institute shall reopen from 16th November 2021 onwards by maintaining all the COVID19 Protocals and Directives. Double Dose Vaccination Certificate is mandatory to attend classes and all are hereby directed to wear Masks at all times inside and outside the premises, carry hand sanitisers with them, wear shoes, attend 33% in class strength and without which they will not be allowed to attend their classes. No student shall come to class if they have fever, cold, cough, throat and body pain until they produce a Medical Fitness Certificate. If any student or his family member is suffering from Covid19 then he/she must immediately inform the Administration Department so that actions for closing down the Institute for minimum 14 days compliance is followed.

CLOSURE OF INSTITUTE DUE TO COVID 19 PANDEMIC
THE INSTITUTE SHALL REMAIN CLOSED TILL 30th SEPTEMBER 2021 OR AS NOTIFIED SUBSEQUENTLY AS PER THE WEST BENGAL GOVERNMENT ORDER DUE TO THE PRESENT COVID19 PANDEMIC. DURING THIS CLOSURE ALL STUDENTS SHALL BE TAKING THEIR DAILY CLASSES THROUGH ONLINE / WHATSAPP GROUP/ DIGITAL STUDY MODE OF TEACHING FROM MONDAY TILL SATURDAY EVERY WEEK AND BETWEEN 9AM TO 4PM EVERYDAY SO THAT THERE ARE NO ACADEMIC LOSSES. ALL STUDENTS ARE DIRECTED TO STAY IN THEIR HOMES AND MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING STRICTLY. THEY ARE ALSO DIRECTED TO COME TO ATTEND THEIR CLASSES AFTER WE REOPEN WEARING MASKS AND GLOVES WHICH IS MANDATORY AND WITHOUT WHICH THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THEIR CLASSES
